A blended curricula package for students to apply literacy skills while learning important functional skills
The Read to Learn Combo includes three transition-themed books and corresponding software:
- Safety Skills Reader
- Life Skill Readers
- Focus on Feelings
The books feature illustrations, simplified text, vocabulary identification, and comprehension exercises. In the app and software versions, all text is spoken by professional narrators and highlighted as it’s read. Readers can touch any word to hear it pronounced. An optional hint feature guides students through the comprehension exercises. Test results are stored in individual student files and can be printed. Both the app and software allow unlimited users, each with customizable settings.
